My water was shut off at my house for repair so I decided to stay in lodging on Pearl Harbor until it was fixed. The room they put me in was super far away from the check in desk. Like five buildings Away. Tucked behind a daycare. Hard to find. And get this.. ON THE THIRD FLOOR. With no elivators.. which means I had to carry my two year old and all of our stuff up four flights of stairs. The room was decent. Clean, but small and with no way to adjust the air conditioning. So it was HOT. The worst part was the room was located in a building attached to what appeared to be " dorm rooms" There were a bunch of single military members up drinking until all ours of the night at the pavilion down from my room.
The staff is terrible. They will literally run you around in circles, instead of just verifying where you live with your ID. Rey the front desk associate had a terrible attitude. They can hire someone better.
It was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. I only gave it 4 stars because it's older and doesn't have a great view. It's wonderful for just sleeping, and the water pressure for the shower was awesome. Also has a free laundry room you can use!
NO A/C...the bed was also terrible, the WiFi kept dripping out, the shower had poor water pressure, and 90% of the TV channels didn't come in clearly. Definitely won't be staying here again. The only reason it gets two stars was for the lady at the front desk, having a fridge/freezer/microwave, and being close to the gym. Definitely look elsewhere unless you enjoy sleeping in 84 degree rooms.
A few ants, no worries. Hundreds of ants that make themselves at home inside the microwave, suitcases, and entire bathroom? My skin is crawling. They’ll let me switch rooms in the morning, but right now I’m extremely upset with how bad this is.
Even for 67.00 per night I would not stay here again.
