I don't normally review any establishments but today I broke, to day was my first time being in this shop and off the bat one of the employees had a less than pleasant attitude, I signed up to use the paint booth for my car and after getting settled in I realized that there was no outlet for me to use my electric paint gun, when I went into the check-in office to ask if there was one close by the same employee adopted a very sarcastic tone of voice when telling me that electric paint guns aren't allowed and can't be used due to the lack of an outlet (please keep in mind that I made it clear that I had an electric paint gun 3 times before discovering there was no power source to use it with) and asked me why I would even think that was possible, I don't expect any kind of special treatment or privileges for being a military member but I do however expect to be treated with the same respect and courtesy that I meet any individual with at their place of employment and I'm extremely upset with the level of un-professionalism and disrespect I'm consistently presented with at establishments that exist on military bases around the island that employ local civilians that have any perceivable bias/disdain towards customers. I will absolutely never visit this establishment again.
A perfect spot for your yearly safety inspection. Walk-ins only, but in most cases they take less than 15 minutes, and will almost always be able to see you immediately. A very friendly and helpful staff, who always makes this step of Honolulu's complicated vehicle registration waltz a quick, easy one.
This shop does not understand 'customer service'. I used to come here when the other shops are closed but these guys dont know how to smile, will yell at you for the smallest mistakes, and their safety checks are ridiculous. STAY AWAY!
Ok hobby shop. I have more tools than these guys do. Bring your own stuff to make things faster.
