This terminal is currently under restoration, so the Enterprise office has moved to the Exchange. The vehicle are still staged at the terminal for the convenience of the passengers coming through here. The employees came be reach at the same phone, and can meet you at the terminal.
Excellent company. Agent bent over backwards to help. During our four weeks in Hawaii we employed four different rental companies. Enterprise was the best.
Using AMC terminal Enterprise is a great alternative to using the airport car rental companies. Not only did I save on the airport fee’s they personally called me to verify the reservation. The staff also called me to follow up on my experience during the rental. The down side was taking the 10-15min bus ride (route 19) to the airport.

We rented car for 4 days originally, but added days as we needed. Car was available two hours before reservation time and extending rental time was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will use again if we go to Honolulu.
